JoJo's Bizarre Advture (Japanese: ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 , Hepburn: JoJo no Kimyō na Bōk ), also known as JoJo's Bizarre Advture: The Animation, is a Japanese anime television series produced by David Production. An adaptation of the Japanese manga series of the same name by Hirohiko Araki, the series focuses on the mysterious advtures of the Joestar family across gerations, from the d of the 19th ctury to modern times. The series was first broadcast on Tokyo MX before tering syndication on 4 JNN stations, BS11, and Animax.
The first season, adapting the first two parts, Phantom Blood and Battle Tdcy, aired in Japan betwe October 2012 and April 2013. The series is distributed in North America by Warner Bros. Home tertainmt and Viz Media, with the former handling the series on DVD and the latter handling the series on Blu-Ray and the merchandising rights. In the United States, it aired on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block starting in October 2016.

JoJo's Bizarre Advture tells the story of the Joestar family, a family whose various members discover they are destined to take down supernatural foes using powers that they possess. The story is split up into unique parts, each following a member of the Joestar family, who typically have names that can be abbreviated to the titular JoJo.
On July 5, 2012, at a press conferce celebrating the 25th anniversary of JoJo's Bizarre Advture and promoting series creator Hirohiko Araki's th-upcoming art exhibition, Araki and his people announced that an anime adaptation of JoJo's Bizarre Advture was in production and would premiere in October 2012.

In October 2015, at the Last Crusaders evt for Stardust Crusaders, a third season and adaptation of the fourth part of the manga, Diamond Is Unbreakable, was announced.
It premiered on April 1, 2016 and ded on December 23, 2016. An original video animation (OVA) adapting the Thus Spoke Rohan Kishibe manga spin-offs to people who had purchased all thirte Japanese DVD or Blu-ray volumes of the Diamond Is Unbreakable anime series.
On June 21, 2018, at the Ripples of Advture art exhibition, a fourth season and adaptation of the fifth part of the manga, Gold Wind, was announced .

In July 2016, Viz Media announced they acquired the Blu-ray rights to the series and released it with an glish dub in July 2017. On October 15, 2016, American cable block Adult Swim began airing the anime on its Toonami block.
The first DVD release of the TV anime was the fourth best-selling animation DVD in Japan for the week of January 28 to February 3, 2013, with 4, 510 copies sold.
The second volume ranked sixth in both animation DVDs and Blu-rays for the week of February 18–24, with 2, 764 and 12, 501 copies sold respectively.

JoJo's Bizarre Advture: Gold Wind (Japanese: ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 黄金の風 , Hepburn: JoJo no Kimyō na Bōk Ōgon no Kaze ) is the fourth season of the JoJo's Bizarre Advture anime television series by David Production, adapting Gold Wind, the fifth part of Hirohiko Araki's JoJo's Bizarre Advture manga. Set in Italy during 2001, two years after the evts of Diamond is Unbreakable, the series follows the advtures of Giorno Giovanna, the son of Dio Brando (from Phantom Blood and Stardust Crusaders) albeit conceived with Jonathan Joestar's body, who joins the criminal organization Passione in the hopes of becoming a gangster (or Gang-Star) and taking control of the organization in the name of reform.

Gold Wind is chief directed by returning director Naokatsu Tsuda, who is accompanied by series directors Yasuhiro Kimura and Hideya Takahashi and the sior writer Yasuko Kobayashi. The character designer for Gold Wind is Takahiro Kishida, and the animation director is Shun'ichi Ishimoto. Yugo Kanno returns as composer from previous seasons.

On October 4, 2019, Viz Media announced that the anime's glish dub would begin broadcasting on Adult Swim's Toonami programming block on October 27, 2019.
Toonami's broadcast would go on hiatus after the 28th episode on May 31, 2020 as a result of production delays for the glish dub caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gold Wind is set in 2001, two years after the evts of Diamond is Unbreakable. Koichi Hirose is st to Italy by Jotaro Kujo in search of Giorno Giovanna, a 15-year-old pickpocket and the illegitimate son of Dio Brando. Giorno's father was possessing the body of Jonathan Joestar at the time of his conception, granting him the morality of the Joestar bloodline. He also wields the Stand Gold Experice, granting him a variety of life-themed abilities including healing and organic transformation.
Upon Koichi's arrival, Giorno steals his luggage and incurs the wrath of a local mafia member who inadverttly kills himself through Gold Experice's abilities. The mafia, Passione, dispatches Bruno Bucciarati to track down Giorno but the two become allies after the latter announces his plan to take over Passione and d the sale of drugs to childr. Bucciarati brings Giorno to his capo, an obese man named Polpo, who gives him an initiation task to join Passione. Giorno succeeds, in the process convincing Koichi that his goals are righteous, but also discreetly tricks Polpo into shooting himself in revge for killing an innoct bystander.
Giorno th joins Bucciarati's team, composed of Leone Abbachio, Narancia Ghirga, Guido Mista and Pannacotta Fugo. With Polpo's death, they use his hidd fortunes to help Bucciarati succeed him as capo. Passione's anonymous boss assigns them a task - escort his daughter, Trish Una, to him safely - and provide them with a turtle named Coco Jumbo, whose Stand allows them to travel secretly. Team Bucciarati is targeted by La Squadra Esecuzioni, a rogue group of assassins within Passione seeking revge on the boss.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind Complete Season
Giorno and the others successfully escort Trish to the rdezvous whilst fding off La Squadra. However, Bucciarati realises the boss intds to kill Trish to protect his own idtity. He rescues Trish, becoming mortally wounded in the process, and the two escape before he succumbs to his injuries. Giorno seemingly manages to revive him using Gold Experice.
Bucciarati declares their new goal to take down the boss, and Fugo subsequtly leaves, believing the mission to be suicidal. They travel to Sardinia, in the hopes of using Abbachio's Stand to see the boss's face. At Sardinia, they inadverttly interrupt Risotto Nero (the last surviving member of La Squadra) from assassinating the boss's alternate personality, Vinegar Doppio.
